My Story
I am the Owner, Director of Raven Business Solutions Ltd. I started in the Construction Industry 14 years ago, where I had a deep dive into the world of SSIP’s, Management Systems and Health and Safety.
Whilst running my families business Chambers Southern LTD a street lighting and civil company; I gained the IOSH Managing Safely Certification, NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health, and Safety and QMS ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification.
Alongside this I was also a Highways Electrical Sector (HERS) Authorising Officer and Qualifying Supervisor, which often meant night shifts on the highways evidence gathering and auditing. I was also responsible for all Chambers Southern’s construction industry SSIP accreditations (Alcumus, Construction line, CHAS and Achilles).
I have been working with management systems such as ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and ISO44001:2017 since 2015 having been (and still to this day!) mentored by Cheryl Burgess MsC, MSCQI CQP, PIEMA (J P Feltham Associates LTD).
I have a particular interest in Change Management and assisting those through the change cycle and had the amazing opportunity to complete the APMG Change Manager Introduction and Practitioner certification in 2023. This was whilst I was employed as a Change Manger at the University of Southampton.
With the knowledge I have accrued over my varied roles I decided to take the leap and set up Raven Business Solutions LTD. With the aim to help other businesses navigate the many pressures encountered in Quality, H&S and Change whilst being flexible to immediate business requirements.
